I used to be on all those medications too... I was on a mood stabilizer, benzos, serequil, and the highest dose of zoloft they can legally prescribe (note: I was a 95 lb female then). I used to stick needles in my arms and let myself bleed, didn't eat, and was extremely suicidal. I was in the mental ward twice. My point of telling you all this is that I never thought I would get better, but things just sort of slowly started working out, and I managed to get off most of my medication (I've been medicated for 7 years and in therapy for 11). I know that your situation is much more intense than mine but it's possible for things to start...just getting easier. I can't explain why or how. I wish you the best and am sending positive thoughts your way. xoxo I appreciate the thought but you shouldn’t have bothered. The fact that you got better has nothing to do with my life. Enjoy your recovery and let me enjoy my hell. -John. |
